Mediation can be used in a variety of areas including disagreements between employers and employees, partnerships and general financial disputes.
The aim of mediation is to use a structured approach to achieve an agreed outcome between disputing parties, in a comfortable environment conducive to raising matters in a full and frank manner without being judged or feeling threatened.
All steps of the mediation process are clearly explained and agreed between parties.
Rob McAdam, Partner at McAdam Siemon, has undertaken intensive mediation training with the Australian Institute of Arbitrations and Mediators and is an associate of the organisation.
If you would like to discuss the mediation process or if it could be beneficial to you, please contact us.
