John Siemon BCom MAcc FCPA - Partner

John established McAdam Siemon in 1996 with Rob McAdam and heads the Noosa office. With over 20 years experience in public practice, John has broad experience advising small to medium size businesses and individuals in the areas of taxation and business services. He is Managing Director of McAdam Siemon and leads the Management Rights and Self Managed Superannuation Fund divisions of the firm.

John is a Fellow of CPA Australia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, a Master of Accountancy majoring in small to medium size business management and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of the Sunshine Coast.





Rob McAdam B Bus (Acctcy) FCPA - Partner

Rob established the practice in 1996 with John Siemon. He has a significant background in advising small to medium businesses from the manufacturing, building and labour hire industries in business service, valuations and taxation. He also has broad experience in Estate Planning and ensuring the protection of business and personnel assets.

With over 25 years experience in public practice, Rob is a Fellow of CPA Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accountancy from QUT, a Practitioners Certificate in Mediation and he is an Associate of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators and past Queensland President of CPA Australia.





Sam Hodgetts BComm CPA - Partner

A member of the McAdam Siemon team for 10 years, Sam has extensive experience in management rights, business services, taxation and superannuation. He has worked with a wide range of clients and entity structures and manages a team of three accountants. Sam is highly skilled in the management rights industry and is also a management rights trust account auditor.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a CPA Public Practice Certificate holder.
